Payter.

Modeled, rigged and animated this character for Payter, a dutch company specialized in mobile phone-based payments.

Payter is my first attempt at character modeling/rigging. I have learned a lot in the proces, and I would probably do a lot of things differently if I'd start over, but nevertheless I'm quite pleased with the result.

Not much more to tell about the character other than that it was modeled using max's native modeling tools, and rigged using the Skin modifier driven by a standard bones skeleton.

The face was animated using a combination of blend shapes and a simple bones structure for extra control. Furthermore, various custom attributes were added to ease the animation process.

3D print (prototype) of Payter, which will be mass produced and sold (including a phone containing "Payter" software) in dutch mobile phone shops.
