Promo video for Mirai, a Japanese manufacturer of LCD monitors and televisions.
To animate the cherry blossom without having to manipulate each element separately (about 500 bones) lots of custom controls were added. MAXScript was used to link these controls to the flower's "skeleton", making it relatively easy to animate.
